ENAR's equality demands for the new European Parliament:

- Tackle all forms of racism, particularly anti-Gypsyism, anti-Semitism, Afrophobia and Islamophobia

- Collect equality data and measure equality in outcome

- Step up efforts against racist violence at EU and national levels

- Promote diversity and equality in employment and the workplace

- Proactively react against racist elements in political discourse

- Include minorities and migrants in parliamentary decision making processes

- Establish an Intergroup on anti-racism and diversity in the European Parliament
